Is there a way to custom set my leagues draft order. We want to have a competition to determine our order but that won't work unless I can custom arrange the order. Possible??

No idea. However, you could get the players in the league to trade picks before doing any drafting?

KBrizz - have your commissioner go into the Commish Panel -> Then go to Rosters Tab -> Then click Move/Add Players or Draft PIcks.
