I am the commisioner of a 24 team keeper league that is starting its ninth season. One of our members has not signed back up and we may need a replacement owner if they do not sign in by Oct 1. Below is the roster and some of our league rules. Send me a message if you are interested. You will need to name 6 keepers before the draft. Our draft will start Oct 5.

Free Agency
Although we keep 6 players, we also vote off one player per team. By
March 1, each team must name 2 franchise players. These players are
protected from the free agent vote. During the playoffs, each team
votes for one player per team, other than the franchise players, that
they would like to name a free agent. The player with the most votes
on each team is named a free agent and will be available in the next
draft.

Position Changes
When proposing a position change for a player, please use NBA.com as
your reference. This does not mean that we need to change positions of
players to conform to NBA.com, it just means that if you want to
propose a change for a player on your team, it should be supported
with a link to the player page on NBA.com that backs up your proposal.

Draft Order

For non-playoff teams, draft order is based on the results of the NBA
draft lottery. Each non-playoff team in our league is paired with the
corresponding NBA team. Our worst-NBA worst etc. For playoff teams,
draft order is determined by the following: 1 How far into the
playoffs they advance, 2 record, 3 ppg.
