NBA player profile for Brandon Ingram with stats and fantasy analysis

BRANDON
INGRAM

Sep. 9, 2016 - It's easy to see the appeal of Ingram as a silky smooth, Kevin Durant-esque perimeter threat, but I'm not rushing out to draft him in annual leagues any time soon. Expect an adjustment period for the 19-year-old as he acclimates to the physicality of the professional level. Again, Durant is as good an example as any that one need not be bulky to thrive in the NBA, but go back and look at how he fared in his first taste of action back in 2007-08. The potential with Ingram is here for sure, the efficiency may not be. Not yet at least. (AK)

I hope Brandon Ingram enjoyed one of the last crunch-time possessions where the floor is spread for him to drive down the middle. Not sure it’ll look like that with Zion there. Made it count, though. Hell of a spin to control the ball through traffic
