I don't know if adding Dieng and Roby neccesarily spells the immediate end for Jakob Poeltl in SA. But it certainly gives the Spurs some bodies to roll out if they do trade Poeltl. And they should definitely be testing the market for him.

Wrote about this in @TheAthleticNBA free agency tracker ( t.co but a pursuit of Jakob Poeltl in a trade makes sense. Framework around Birch + Malachi/Svi easy to work. Two hold-ups 1) Draft compensation 2) He’s a UFA in ’23, when FVV + GTJ likely come up.
