NBA player profile for Michael Beasley with stats and fantasy analysis

MICHAEL
BEASLEY

Jan. 23, 2019 - Michael Beasley is and has always been instant offense. Now, after spending a significant portion of 2018-19 caring for his ailing mother, he's back in the lineup showing Lakers fans just what he's capable of. Beasley's value has always been limited by his fluctuating roles and playing time, something that will likely continue when LeBron James returns from his groin injury, but he's worth the add in deep leagues because he so consistently scores in bunches off the bench. Per Heat: Kendrick Nunn's 42 points ties for the most by any Heat rookie in their first two games with the team (Willie Burton, 1990). The most through three games is 51 by Michael Beasley in 2008. So 10 tonight and that mark is Nunn's.
