TYREKE
EVANS

No Team/Free Agent • 2019-20
Jan. 24, 2019 - While it's been a down year for Tyreke Evans this season, partly due to injury, the swingman could be in the running for more opportunities down the stretch should Victor Oladipo's knee scare prove as serious as the team fears. Evans has been inconsistent offensively in 2018-19 but this is the same player who in various role across numerous franchises has managed to produce statistically across the board. The fact that he received a PRP injection to help with his own troublesome knee last month should continue to help too. (@AustinKent)

I remember last season when we were in, I think Orlando, and Tyreke Evans began the longest absence to "food poisoning" known to mankind. Told the team he was sick. Their response: We wanna see a doctor's note. Was "out" for 3 games.... Dion's note apparently was an IG post? 🤦🏾‍♂️ t.co

Follow-up thought: Luka has been great, but anyone who remembers the Kings shamelessly promoting Tyreke Evans' push for a 20-5-5 average as a rookie probably shrugs at the focus on those specific markers. It's incredible, for sure, but they left folks with 20-5-5 PTSD t.co
