SUE
BIRD

Seattle • 2020
Aug. 4, 2020 - In the July 28th win against Minnesota, Sue Bird fell and injured her left knee, which was later revealed in an MRI to be a bone bruise. After missing the 2019 season for arthroscoptic surgery on the same knee, it is disappointing to see the all-time assist leader injured again. Luckily Bird isn't expected to miss significant time and says she is taking things "day by day".

Just watched the E60 piece on Sue Bird. It is fantastic! I highly commend this profile on one of the game’s most prolific winners, leaders and voices. Inspiring. Bird should be running an NBA team. @S10Bird @E60 t.co
