BROOK
LOPEZ

Milwaukee • 2021-22
Sep. 18, 2018 - Brook Lopez heads to the Milwaukee Bucks this year and seems like a player who has seen his stock drop a bit after a season with the Lakers where he only averaged 23 minutes per game. Lopez is actually exactly what the Bucks need in the middle - they've lacked a true presence down low for quite some time and he can provide floor spacing, size down low, and toughness for Milwaukee. Don't be surprised to see his minutes rebound closer to the level he saw with the Nets. As such, he will likely be a good value pick in drafts for many fantasy owners this season.

Nets have had some great drafts (and some real boneheaded picks). In 2001, they drafted RJ, Jason Collins and Brian Scalabrine. In 2008, they took Brook Lopez and Ryan Anderson. This year's group stacks up with those. Teams going to be calling about them closer we get to Feb. 10.

When was last time Nets had three rookies, let alone four, playing rotation minutes? 2008 when Brook Lopez (drafted #10), Anderson (#21) and CDR (#40)? But really why go on? There’s no chance Nash will be fired. None. Carry on. t.co
